This location is hit or miss according to the staff working that day. Sometimes the food is hot, fresh and delicious, some days it's cold and tastes stale. I added a photo of a melted cheese...

It's Unfortunate and we're going to get this place two stars - in the summer it's amazing but today is February 7 it's 26° outside AND probably inside this restaurant as well. Its FREEZING in here...

What a disaster! It began with the ordering being done with only 2 kiosks working. The kiosk software system is difficult to maneuver and there was a long wait before an associate came to assist....
