Buying their food for years but the last 3 times have been a disappointment. Both the chicken and beef are chewy . Not pleasant

Very bad food qualities. They served burnt food and dried stocked to the pans food items. My teriyaki chicken is burnt n dried out. the broccoli beef is grossed. Over cooked sit-so-long broccoli...
