Founded in 1911 and located in Columbus, Ohio, Ohio Dominican University is a coeducation, four-year, private liberal arts institution. The university enrolls more than 3,000 students and offers undergraduate degrees in over 50 majors, as well as several graduate degree programs. Its programs include majors in accounting information systems, art, biology, business administration, chemistry, computer information systems, communication studies, criminal justice, cross-disciplinary studies and economics. The university also provides various preprofessional programs, such as pre-engineering, prehealth professional, prelaw, prenursing, psychology, public relations, social justice, sociology, social work, sports management and theology. Ohio Dominican University additionally offers financial aid and scholarship services for students. It operates a library, located in the Spangler Learning Center, that stores research materials, an online database, books, periodicals, magazines and DVDs.
