I guess you have to arrive at just the time to pick up your prescription. Some times you can walk right up the counter and be waited on and you're out of there in ten minutes (happened twice)...

The worst customer service ever, each tech has different answer for the same question, & none are the correct answer. Instead of finding out the true answer, they appear to make it up as the go
