Love this store but some of the employees need customer service training. One girl at the customer service deck was beyond rude. The wait for check-out is the worst

Smells bad and its ugly, not fun no swingsets inside. also the registors are on the ceiling for some reason with the workers glued to them

The only reason this is not a 1-star rating is because of the manager on duty who was professional when we complained. 4 different people, all young people, exuded poor customer skills service...
