She did a good job on my nails but she cut I big chunk out of the bottom of my pinky toe. Didn't even say sorry.still made me pay, Horrible.

I walked in and asked what the wait would be for a pedicure. I was told 10-15 mins. After a few minutes they put me in the chair, started process of soaking my gel polish off. Left me sitting...
