Kohl's

I usually do not buy anything at Kohl's, I only go to use the Amazon returns counter! But I have always found the place very clean and the salespersons very helpful...

Trying to buy sunglasses by Rayban and I get they're locked up buy no one was around anywhere to help me! I went in ready to buy but left empty handed!

Would give zero stars if available. They are always so rude everytime I've ever been here. Absolutely horrible customer service.

The store was very busy, but the service was very efficient. I had a pickup and a return, and the associates in both lines made it happen fast. The selection was excellent, and we had a good time...
