It's shocking how bad the service is here. The amount of times they screw up an online order is astonishing. Learn to read and make things correctly. It's really not hard.

It took them about 5mins to make my sub. Cost 9 bucks and threw it away after a couple of bites. The sub was not good compared to other Jimmy John's. Don't go to this Jimmy John's.

They have definitely gotten better for delivery since the reviews I have seen because we had zero issues.
