Customer service. Made sandwich incorrect and refused to fix. Clerk told husband he didn't ask in the correct way. Food was excellent hence the 2 stars.

Probably the worst sandwich I've ever had, it was super soggy because they don't run the hot sandwiches through an oven like its competitor subway and Penn station do. I'll never be back
