We welcome you to come and explore Helen Winnemore's! Our boutique focuses on usable, wearable art handcrafted in America. Considered the oldest store of its kind in the United States, Helen Winnemore's has been in continuous operation since 1938 and still follows many of the traditions established at that time. When you open the door to our unique gift shop, you will be greeted with an offering of coffee or tea, and invited to make yourself at home as you explore 8 rooms of American made jewelry, accessories, glassware, greeting cards, pottery, home goods and so much more! Our well-informed staff act as the curators of our gallery, ready to help you find the perfect piece. While you are here, you are welcomed to touch and try on and play, to get to know our pieces in a hands-on way. We believe that art should be accessible and isn't limited to items that hang on walls or sit on pedestals. Art can be usable. Art can be wearable. Art can be, well, art. All this makes our shop like an American made arts festival...all year round.

It was fun (and cool - thank you!!) walking around this little shop selling homemade/handmade gifts. The shop dog was extremely well-behaved. The pottery was unique. Beautiful wood spoons and...
