We are Cirrus Concept Consulting, Inc We are the only agency in the consortium that is locally owned and operated by Registered Nurses from the Dayton area. My partner and I have started this company based on a combined experience of over 30 years in nursing. We have done business with the prominent hospital and corporate clients since 2002 as a permanent placement firm, specializing in assisting HR personnel in finding the ideal candidate for their open position. In 2004 we were brought in as a member of the vendor consortium and now are consistently providing temporary services to all the area hospitals as one of the leading agencies. In 2006 we earned the Gold Seal of Approval from the Joint Commission for staffing agencies bsed on a review of compliance with national standards. We are also a member of the American Staffing Association and the National Association for Professional Employment Organizations. We had never expected the amount of hours and temporary employees that we service and provide as part of the consortium but we are very thankful that we are fortunate enough to partner with such quality health care field staff that believes in our same value system and business practice. We feel that what separates us from the other agencies in the Dayton area is that not only are we local, experienced Registered Nurses, but that we wanted to build a company that is in line with our own personal values and morals. Our vision was to operate all business practices based on honesty and integrity and put patients and people before profit! Being part of the Ohio Hospital Association, Shiftwise, Tempworks and PTAC consortiums, we have a signed contract with the established rates.
