The owner came and measured my condo midweek. Said my estimate will be ready Friday. A week later and a no go. If you can't get this right, don't think I will trust you with my money.

They steal product and money. I used to work outta this shop. Say you order 40 boxes of wood. Takes 30 to do the job. They will charge you for all 40 boxes as laid and take 10 back to the shop....
