When i order carryout online it automatically adds a 20% tip. Why is Donatos adding this and why on carryout? Now, I did realize I can change before checking out but it was too late. Please change...

First time we ordered from Donato's, we had issues. Contacted Jay and he comped 2 large pizzas. Pizzas were amazing and will definitely order again

Ordered online. My food was never delivered. I called repeatedly. No one will answer. It is however during business hours. What a terrible business practice.
