Ashland High School
Ashland High School is a four-year senior high school that enrolls more than 1,200 students in grades 9 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as art, business education, industrial arts, English, and career and technology education. The school additionally has language arts, mathematics, music, physical education, science and social studies departments. Ashland High School also provides several vocational, special education, general and college preparatory programs. It offers nearly seven advanced placement courses, including biology, chemistry and U.S. history. The school s athletics department offers a variety of sports activities, such as baseball, basketball, golf, soccer, tennis, track and field, football, softball, swimming and wrestling. Ashland High School supports several clubs and organizations that include the National Honor Society, student council, and art, drama, Latin, French, Spanish and ski clubs. It is located in Ashland, Ohio, and is a part of the Ashland City School District.
