This place is supposed to open at 10:45, but it's now 10:55 and they aren't open. And it's 32 degrees outside and the line of people waiting out here to eat is slowly becoming a liability

Mid-chipotle. I find that I frequently can't get fajitas after the noon lunch rush and in this particular dine-in, they didn't have chicken or fajitas. The workers were nice and gave good portions...

Not sure about all these poor reviews, but my experiences with pick up have been fantastic! My orders have been on time. The pick up shelf is in a good location, away from the ordering line....
