Just NO. Don't do it! Customer service is TERRIBLE. Why pay your hard earned money to a company that only cares about the money you can give them. As soon as you need them it's like pulling teeth.

NEVER USING BUCKEYE AGAIN. I cancelled months ago as said I still have a bill several months later after the fact. when I have a confirmation that I did. it owe anything anymore. they are a scam....

Tech support has gone from really good to really bad since they outsourced. Now, the typical response is " not sure our issue", the other issue is trying to understand what they are even saying....
