Had an online pick up order from app. Asked at the window if I could get some Arby and horsey sauce and was told "it's in the bag" that's sealed by the way. It in fact wasn't, surprise surprise....

Food was terrible. The steak nuggets were burnt and barely chewable. I got no barbecue sauce with them and I ordered six pieces of mozzarella sticks and only got three. $26 out the window.
