Batesville Tool & Die is a manufacturer of design tools, dies, stamping fixtures and motor housings. The company has 43 presses that range in capacity from 50 tons to 800 tons. Presses are equipped with variable speed and accessory items such as feeds, reels, nitrogen cushion systems, and electronic detection systems. Batesville Tool & Die has established a department with resistance welding capability utilizing conventional and dedicated welding equipment. The company also has secondary equipment to drill, tap and subassemble. The company s designers use CAD Systems to design tools, dies, and fixtures that will stamp to customer requirements. Batesville Tool & Die was founded in 1978 by the chairman, Ron Fledderman, and his three partners.
