Cheaper than Uber and Lyft. But slow especially during traffic hours. Sometimes their vehicles are not clean and some are banged up.

We used them for over 3 years. Initially we found great drivers, we used the same 3 and were very satisfied. They lost those drivers and all we got for the next 3 months were excuse drivers....
