January 2, 1972 The Company acquires the Toluviejo Plant in Colombia, which would go on to produce 600 tons daily. January 2, 1998 New strategic alliances are made to acquire cement companies in Panama, Dominican Republic and Haiti. January 2, 2006 Ready Mixed Concrete Company is acquired becoming the sixth concrete producer in the United States. An investment is also made in port facilities in Houston, Savannah and Wilmington. January 2, 2007 Unified Brand Launching of Argos unified brand; the Company focuses on Costumer Guidance.
