The best Pho I have ever had in any state. Delicious! You do have to bus your own table once you're done, but we don't mind. It is a very small place with only 4 or 5 tables.

I went there for the first time today. I was underwhelmed. The table we sat at was filthy! The owner doesn't seem to have an inside voice. If you're coming here to eat, you'd be better off...
