Adorn Hair Studio
HistoryKnead has changed significantly since I become an LMBT seven years ago. When I first became licensed I started Knead to Relax, a mobile in home massage service. During the massage I focused more on relaxation and making each session as enjoyable to my clients as possible. Before the end of my first year I began working with clients that had more functional or injury related issues and I moved away from relaxation and began to concentrate more on therapeutic work and working to relieve discomfort and pain. I took classes to learn more about trigger points, releasing tension in facia, structural integration, kinesiology rest techniques and most recently cupping massage. I've come to find cupping to be profoundly beneficial to my clients in helping to relieve pain and discomfort for significant periods of time.SpecialtiesHere at Knead I focus on therapeutic work, incorporating deep tissues, myofacial and trigger point techniques into traditional massage. I now also offer dynamic and static cupping massage, along with facial cupping.
