Easter Seals

Founded in 1934, Easter Seals is a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of services for individuals with disabilities and special needs. It provides several services, including child care, medical rehabilitation, and job training and employment. The center also provides camping and recreational activities, such as singing, dancing, day trips and shopping. In addition, Easter Seals adult program offers assistance with daily living and helps in the treatment of Alzheimer s disease and Parkinson s disease. It conducts various physical, occupational, and speech and hearing therapy sessions. With a staff of more than 13,000 employees, Easter Seals maintains a location in Greenville, N.C.
