Customer service in the pharmacy is all about them, not the customer. I recently went to pick up a prescription at 1:30. Their sign says they all go on lunch break from 1:30pm until 2:00pm....

This is a really old CVS store, dark carpeting, dim lighting, not very inviting, this store is in major need of a refurb.......the Walgreens directly across the street is so much nicer

Had my physician call an urgent antibiotic in at 6pm. Husband drove 48 miles to retrieve it for me to be told they were OUT of a common antibiotic pill. Suggested my husband head to another city...
