HistoryI have been a pastry chef for 30 years and at the instigation of my husband, Started producing chocolates for the guests at our restaurant. Because of the success that I had, I decided to go forward and open The Belgian Chocolate Company. Over the years of making desserts, and wedding cakes I had perfected my ganache fillings. Paring these with a rich Belgian chocolate outer shell the flavors just burst on the tongue. I am know locally on the East Coast for my plates of art in my restaurant. I have added the art to my chocolates and Truffles. These are hand painted delights.
