The mission of Burke United Christian Ministries is to put compassion into action, demonstrating the love of Christ by providing, food, clothing, shelter, and crisis assistance to God's children in need. Since 1975 Burke United Christian Ministries has been an intergral part of our community. Feeding every person walking into the Soup Kitchen a nutritious meal, listening to our neighbors' stories, sharing hospitality, counseling in times of crisis, assisting families in crisis with food, clothing and shelter.
