After pet sitting for friends and family for many years, Susan Graff decided to start a business doing what she loves, caring for animals. She started pet sitting part-time while still teaching full-time. A year later, she made the decision to retire from teaching and pursue dog walking and pet sitting full-time. In 2011 she hired her first employee.
