History

The Brusco Group is a privately held company whose affiliates own rental properties located primarily within the Upper West Side. Established more than 40 years ago, we pride ourselves on our history and long-standing roots in Manhattan. Affiliated companies include Brusco Contracting Corp. and West Side Management.

Specialties

The majority of our buildings are renovated landmarked brownstones located within a short distance of public transportation and major tourist attractions including Central Park, Lincoln Center and the Museum of Natural History. Our buildings are non-doorman, limited-service. They are primarily walk-ups with less than 15 units. Each of our properties has an assistant building manager dedicated to serving our tenants. We update our properties periodically and make sure to keep them well maintained.
