ZERO STARS. Been with Verizon for 15+ years. Went to upgrade phone. Should've been simple. The employee told us he had a great deal! We trusted him... can't trust anyone at Verizon. Was scammed...

The man who I think is the manager is scary! He ought to try and at least Look nicer. Perhaps he is so concerned that everything is going right that he doesn't realize he looks very unwelcoming.
