Tørst is an ambitious neighbourhood bar and restaurant situated in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Boasting 21 draft lines and over 200 bottles on their menu, the bar is perhaps best known for its carefully curated beer program. However, the venue has always been highly lauded for their culinary skill throughout the years. Serving what could be considered as 'elevated bar food', their seasonally rotating menu has something for every style of diner. In more recent years, they have expanded their beverage expertise and added an eclectic natural wine, spirits and cocktail menu to their repertoire.
