Over the years and through many moves, I've been to a lot of UPS stores. Most were average in terms of customer service and always understaffed, so the wait times were horrific. Not this one!...

Staff is extremely competent and fast and helpful. I never had an issue and I go there for my returns and shipments at least once at week for the last 2.5 years

I arrived at 8:20am this morning and the store was still closed. The store is scheduled to open at 8:00am on Wednesdays. Now I need to return later. So unprofessional.
