Awful customer service, rude and unhelpful. My mom went in to fax one page. They wanted to charge her $8 to fax one piece of paper. When she declined they got very nasty with her. She is 76 years...

I dealt with three different staff members and they are all rude. Go to the Fedx store on Rt 59 in Nanuet.
