Many reviews have stated this but this has got to be the slowest ups in nyc. Unless you're extremely lucky, plan to wait at minimum 20 minutes. Not sure how they manage to provide such slow...

Supposed to open at 9, been here since 8:45 and it's now 9:25am. Standing in line with about 20 or so other people waiting outside on a random Tuesday (non-holiday), still no sign of anyone...
