i just went to T-mobile i asked the guy to switch my phone to a phone that i got online he said they don't do that anymore past 4 years i was just in there last week i did that with another phone...

Sales being sales. Promises of free shit and phone bill won't go up. Phone bill 2x after a month and they said free case, charger and screen protector. Def it free. Not recommended to go here.
