Sermar does a great job of managing the property. The office staff in Rochester is always very helpful when I have a problem. They do the best job of any landlord I have worked with.

I live in one Of the buildings they manage in syracuse and it's been horrible! The manager they have on site refuses to fix the things that break, and since the whole building is falling apart it...
