Sabor Y Tradicion got started in 2014. It is a Peruvian restaurant with food variations from seafood, fried seafood, rotisserie chicken, beef, etc. It is a family-friendly company.

Our family-friendly business has one of the best ceviches, pollo a la Brasa, lomo saltado and arroz chaufa in the entire Staten Island borough! We specialize in a variety of fried fish and raw fish plates, Peruvian soups, and combos. We have 4 different combos: Combo Chalaco (family combo) comes with an entire rotisserie chicken, french fries, avocado salad, rice and beans, and a 2 liter soda of your choice for only $23.95; our second combo is the Combo Limeno, which has a rotisserie chicken, fries with beef sausages, mix salad, rice and beans, and a 2 liter soda for $29.95.

I ordered takeout from here. Just an FYI, not all employees here speak English. When I came in, there was a lady taking orders. However, because I didn't know Spanish, she had to call another lady...

I give this joint a two star cause of the service, could also be a one n half star. I mean main door gots no glass not side window has any glass installed. When the door opens it get brick cold....
the food is nasty .... my best friend and I ate here spent 52.00 and I want to call my bank and have to charged reverse... the only woman working the restaurant did not speak any English at...
