History
Our occupational medicine service is focused on performing DOT physical examinations as well as drug and alcohol testing for commercial drivers and their employers. We strive to be a resource for our drivers, keeping them informed and abreast as to the new standards and regulations that affect their profession.
Specialties
Under the direction of Dr. Randolph Rosarion, MD, DOT Medical Examiner--based in College Point, Queens, NY--specializes in offering Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals for commercial drivers and truckers as well as related services. In addition, this practice is certified to perform the full merchant mariner and NYC TLC physical for taxi-drivers, provide both non-DOT and DOT urine drug testing, and perform breathalyzer tests and all other major medical examinations required of truckers and drivers by law. Dr. Rosarion is a board-certified physician and holds a medical examiner certificate, and his practice is listed in the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. This means that he is fully qualified to provide physicals in compliance with existing city, state and federal guidelines. If you're a commercial driver of any sort, you know how important these examinations are in order to gain or retain your commercial driver's license (CDL). Because DOT Medical Examiner devotes itself strictly to this important work, you'll find no better place to take care of this testing; in fact, so long as you're in decent health, the examination typically takes only 30 minutes. If you're in need of a DOT physical to be cleared to drive trucks, buses or other commercial vehicles, there's no practice better equipped to get you through the process and get you back on the road...
