There's no signage out front, and if you walk in from Niagara Street, there's nothing to direct you to Quest. There is a sign for Labs, but that is the wrong area. Head straight back to the other...

If I could give a zero I would have. The programming of the web site and phone answering messages is totally unusable and the programmer never checked the operations or consisdered the possible...
