Plattekill Mountain is a family-owned and operated ski resort located in the Catskill Mountains of New York, offering a unique, "authentic" experience that comes from being privately run. The mountain features 40 trails for all abilites with a 3500' elevation and 1100' vertical drop. Plattekill also offers snowtubing, an accredited ski/snowboard school, rental shop facility, as well as food and bar service. In non-winter months, the mountain hosts Mountaintop Weddings with chairlift rides for guests to the summit for private wedding ceremonies and elegant receptions in the base lodge. Also available for private parties, corporate outings and private recreational events. One wedding or event per weekend for complete exclusivity.
