Penn Station has cleaned up a bit. The outside is better lit. A few restaurants were added. It actually looked a lot cleaner outside. The inside looks a little bit better the bathrooms were redone...

Penn Station is shiny & new. The mentally ill have been relocated and the shops & food vendors look immaculate now. However, at rush hour it's still a congested mess.
