No counter service waited 25.minutes no one helped us they just stared at us. Absolutely don't go if paying cash they won't help you.

Waited over an hour for a sandwich. It was a Sunday, so Chik Fil A was closed... but an hour is a crazy long wait for a thruway stop. Wouldn't stop here on a Sunday.
