Dirty, cold food, and uncomfortable seating design. Staff seemed very depressed and not friendly. Bad music. I'd rather go to the one near the university.

Overpriced and terrible drive through. I got 1 sandwich and waited 21 minutes in drive through just for them to then ask me to pull into spot number 1 and wait longer. So not worth it. Lesson learned

I can't bring myself to give them a one star but I will continue to give two star reviews to Panera everywhere until corporate gets it through their thick skulls that no one and I mean NO ONE...

Drinks lack carbonation. Often there is no coffee. To go bagels are not buttered, or even sliced. :/
