Do not use this service. My elderly grandmother's driver was HORRIBLY rude. In the age of Lyft and Uber, there's no reason to put up with unreasonable prices AND nasty attitudes.

The drivers usually don't know where they're going, they make prices up on the spot and the cars either Not up to date of dirty as hell.

There should be an option for zero stars. They charged us $20 to go from the Museum of Natural History to 57th and Broadway. It's not so much a car service as a blatant swindle.

Slow and somewhat unreliable , the drivers barely speak clear and concise English plus their best drivers are always booked in advance. Thankfully I dont depend on them often, as there are three...
