As an educator, he is the on-site residency director for 3 Podiatric Residency Programs, and is a National and International speaker on the topic of Limb Salvage.Dr. Doolan is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, The American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
