Do NOT use M&T Bank!!! My 97 year old WWII veteran father has been a loyal customer for decades. His bank card was recently stolen and the thief took $20K!!! No M&T claims that they won't replace...

By far the a very unprofessional experience, the branch manager, mortgage manager and i guess a new hire, would not tell me if our mortgage payment was made or not.. i get there are privacy issues...
