As a baby boomer grandma, I'm old. I always struggle with the technology at McDonald's. Maybe someday I'll figure out how NOT to order two extra chicken sandwich's while placing an order.

This place takes forever, I only go there if I absolutely don't have anywhere else to be as the takeout Line regularly takes 20+ minutes to get through if not longer. I made my order before 8...

Everytime I go to east aurora McDonald's I ask for chocolate shake and they claim machine is down or they are out. Why have this on menu?. Seems like nobody wants to make it.

Ack. If you don't like people or service this is the place for you. It's eerily missing something. People. It's a very cold environment. You order at the kiosk and pick up from the empty counter...

The service was absolutely horrendous. Every time I go in and order food it takes at least 30 minutes for them to make it.
