They installed sheetrock over this wet moldy insulation. The roof is leaking inside the wall and they never repaired it as hired.

Plywood added over a rotted wall. Water is leaking under rotted bottom plate as you can see the wet bottom. This was covered with sheetrock

After removing the wood to find a completely rotted bottom plate,studs and wall. Covered it up with a piece of plywood ....

Stay clear from these hacks. These people will cover up rot and mold . They are in no way contractors that should be hired to even build a dog house. I have lots of photos to share.
