I came in at 3pm for my 3pm appointment and checked in. Checking in was easy on the screen. You provide your ID card and insurance card at the kiosk. Waiting in the waiting area until 3:45pm....

DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. They messed up my labs and I have to get them redone. Front office does not have good communication and they are very disorganized.

Terrible place. Staff members nowhere to be found and when you find one to ask a question they are simply nasty! Avoid at all costs.
