La Coquille strives to offer a comfortable atmosphere where people can come to enjoy each other, as well as the pleasure of foods grown locally and prepared with exacting care. Nothing frozen, no cellophane, no mass-market products. Today, the only place I can think of that even remotely works like my grandfather's kitchen, is our kitchen at La Coquille. We are working with locally-grown produce and meats, and using recipes that are classics, but with a twist, or a new interpretation to keep things interesting.
