Gabriel's Bar and Restaurant has been a NYC staple for over three decades. Gabriel's brings the quintessential flavors of Italy right to the heart of Manhattan. Established in 1991 by Gabriel Aiello, his restaurant is known for providing excellent service and great food throughout the years and being home of many famous personalities. With rare dedication towards his craft, Gabriel will still find time to greet you at the front of the house and make your experience memorable. Now at our new home at 40 Central Park South, we are proud to continue the same tradition, with the same sensibility and care. No Show/Cancellation Policy: A fee of $25/person will be charged for no shows and cancellations made less than 6 hours before the reservation. LUNCH Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm DINNER Mon - Sat 5pm - 11pm Sunday 5 pm - 10 pm BRUNCH Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm BAR & LOUNGE Mon - Fri 12pm - 11pm Sat & Sun 11am - 11pm
